Shipping & Delivery
- Prepaid Orders Only: To ensure faster and safer processing, we currently accept Prepaid Orders only. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
- Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package.
Returns
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 Days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Important: To ensure quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved after a mandatory quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your Original Payment Method (Source Bank Account/Card/UPI).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible products within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
- You can exchange your product for a different size or style as per your preference.
