Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Everbond website. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
2. Payment Terms
- Prepaid Only: Everbond currently operates on a 100% Prepaid model. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed via our secure payment gateway.
- We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
- No COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) services are not available. Any request for COD will not be entertained.
3. Product Accuracy We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to digital screen settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunding to the source account is the sole method of refunding; no cash refunds will be provided.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if the payment is flagged as suspicious. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability Everbond shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or services.
6. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
